World Health Organization are introducing a “One Health” surveillance system. Promoted as being about health and safety, “potential pandemic pathogens” living in nature – from your own nose, to soil, to the faeces of farmed animals and anything else – are all to be commoditised.
Establishing the system in poor nations is proving much easier. In desperation people are easily incentivised. New surveillance systems are already activated in places like Cambodia. This is creating new jobs and shifting resources away from the pathogens which actually place their citizens at risk, such as Tuberculosis. The focus is moving towards “rare” “diseases” much more likely to frighten the population, such as MPox, Avian Influenza and Melioidosis.
Tedros, Director-General of WHO, attempted an MPox pandemic in 2024 which fell flat, but that doesn’t mean his crimes are over. MPox began by pure coincidence, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, very near the location where biowarfare industry leader Mérieux Foundation happen to have biosafety level 2 and level 3 laboratories. Of course, they don’t admit to performing gain of function (biowarfare) research.
The new global biosecurity state is being written into law across nations and centralised through the WHO pandemic prevention, preparedness and response legislation. Currently WHO are working on establishing two documents. An international treaty or “Agreement”, and amendments to the pre-existing International Health Regulations. The laws are complicated and not easy to interpret, which appears to be by design. Part of the stealth of the crimes being carried out involves keeping the masses ill-informed and unaware, as well as fearful of invisible threats.
Within the Agreement is a Pathogens Access Benefits Sharing System (PABS System). This is a transactional scheme whereby national authorities are installing programs employing people to conduct tests in nature to identify pathogens with pandemic potential. Nature is swarming with pathogens. If your lawn is tested, there are millions of microorganism species which could be detected. Same with your pet dog, the soil on your nearby riverbed, leaves on the trees in your nearest forest, or the nostrils of your children. Dr Meryl Nass has called the PABSS “the biowarfare agent lending library”.
Identified pathogens will be shared through the PABSS, instigating competitive manufacture of relevant products to “keep you safe” from pandemic danger. Alarm can then be raised amongst the population who are needed for product consumption.
This is nothing short of crimes against humanity at a time when populations are experiencing excess mortality, disability and ill health.
