These are excess deaths from malignant neoplasms in the UK, based on a study of ICD10 codes. Until and including 2020, there were zero excess deaths from these causes. From 2021 they jumped.
Money spent on cancer drugs has also climbed significantly, and seemingly associated with the covid vaccine rollout.

Rising Cases: Clinicians are reporting a rise in cancers, including unusual neoplasms appearing directly at the injection site.
Preemptive Acquisitions: Pfizer, which had early trial data, made two massive strategic acquisitions: a $43 billion purchase of Seagen and a $2.26 billion acquisition of Trillium Therapeutics—a company focused on blood cancers involving the CD147 marker, a marker known to be involved in COVID-19 pathology. This suggests prior knowledge of and preparation for a coming wave of vaccine-related malignancies.
