The authors of an article titled DNA fragments detected in monovalent and bivalent Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna modRNA COVID-19 vaccines from Ontario, Canada: Exploratory dose response relationship with serious adverse events are:

As such the article is technical, and not easy to read. The information is important though. In summary:
Pfizer used two different processes to manufacture their Covid-19 mRNA “vaccine”. Process 1, used in the clinical trials, was a “clean” process which used PCR to replicate the mRNA required. Due to the volume scale-up required to manufacture a product that was (insanely) intended for every single human being on the planet, they switched to Process 2, which used DNA harvested in massive vats filled with a gut bacteria, E-Coli. This “dirty” process has resulted in “billions to hundreds of billions” of DNA molecules in the vaccine vials that were administered – a contamination which was accidentally found by Kevin McKernan when his team was testing some vials for another purpose.
The risk to human health of this DNA integrating into the human genome is difficult to understand but has been explained in lay articles including by NZDSOS: Expert Hearing on DNA Contamination of mRNA Injections and Dr Jessica Rose: In light of DNA discovered in commercial vials as per the precautionary principle…. In short, human DNA may be altered in ways which remain unknown but which independent scientists are now investigating. Some concerns include:
- If the genetic instructions to make spike protein are passed to progeny, could a continual cycle of spike protein production be genetically inherited?
- SV40 DNA sequences (specifically found in Pfizer vials) are known to cause cancer: they appear to explain the rise in cancer and the appearance of “turbo cancer” in vaccinated populations; could they pass on genetic risk of cancer to future generations?
Both toxicity to the genome and toxicity leading to cancer were not studied in the clinical trials, and were not required by regulators who approved the product. For example, New Zealand’s Medsafe stated the following:
The discovery of DNA contamination in these vials is an additional problem to the multiple other risks associated with what has been described as the most dangerous medical product ever foisted upon humanity. Dr Jessica Rose studies the adverse events being reported across the globe from these products, and has linked the amount of DNA being found (which varies by batch), to the range of adverse events being experienced per batch, finding a clear dose-response relationship.
The modified mRNA-LNP platform needs to have a moratorium slapped on it, and all existing vials should be confiscated and protected for DNA testing. It should become illegal to destroy the vials because at this point, it would be destruction of evidence. I am not a lawyer, but that seems clear.

Independent from Kevin McKernan’s work, other scientists have been replicating the investigation that his team first conducted after they shared their experimental methods for others to use. Multiple independent teams have discovered the same contamination in Moderna and Pfizer vials.
