Understanding Frameshifting

An article by Mulroney et al in the journal Nature, dated 6 December 2023, N1-methylpseudouridylation of mRNA causes +1 ribosomal frameshifting, describes how the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine can lead to “out-of-frame” protein synthesis. In other words, unintended proteins may be produced by the mRNA which is coded to use our own cells to produce an artificial version of the spike protein specific to Covid-19. This unintended protein synthesis is due to ‘methylpseudouridylation’. The uridine in mRNA is altered so that the toll-like receptors of the immune system do not recognise this foreign mRNA and mount an inflammatory response. The creators of ‘methylpseudouridylation’ recently won a Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for their discovery. So it must be a good thing, right?

Not according to researchers such as Dr Jessica Rose and Kevin McKernan, who fall on the wrong side of the powers in control of the propaganda machine. Dr Rose wrote a short article dated 17 December 2023: VAERS reports contradict claim of no AEs in frameshifting context, suggesting it may explain the explosion of auto-immune disorders and multiple sclerosis being reported in the US Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) in association with mRNA injectables.

Dr Rose and Kevin McKernan, a geneticist, try to explain frameshifting in this short video.
