It is very interesting to note the regional differences playing out in the Covid-19 pandemic. Testing a lot was painted as the way to address this pandemic but the issue of false positive pseudo-epidemics which Dr Clare Craig has investigated rigorously seems to have a part to play in all of this. Along with differences in regions, likely a combination of environment, population and virus related factors interacting together.
In the battle between man and tiny foe, complying to man made rules to control a natural phenomenon that doesn’t know or care about our rules, has become some sort of cult. I’m all for sensible measures but the complete lack of proper public health leadership has caused a level of insanity that this chart demonstrates perfectly.
