Canadian physician and immunologist, Dr Kulvinder Kaur, was born in India. She spoke out against the harms of lockdowns and for the implementation of valid, evidence-based public health measures, on social media in 2020.
She was alarmed by the projections of increased poverty, death and suffering in the developing world, as well as the social, economic and health harms in wealthy nations; particularly for the poorest communities and those needing to access health services. As an immunologist she had access to the evidence for public health responses to infectious disease, which have always advised against quarantine of the healthy because it has no impact on disease transmission, and causes multiple social, economic and health harms.
When Dr Kaur spoke out on Twitter, a campaign began almost immediately to have her reported to her professional regulator, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). This organisation happen to belong to the notorious International Association of Medical Regulators (IAMRA) (learn about them here), who recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the even more notorious World Health Organization (WHO), now undertaking the work of their main funders, being the pharmaceutical industry and partners such as Wellcome Trust, Gates Foundation and other powerful pharmaceutical investors.
She learned the definition of “misinformation” is simply anything that goes against government opinion. The CPSO launched a long and intense investigation into Dr Kaur, citing the “success” of “Zero Covid” in China and South Korea, as their evidence that it is a valid public health response, against Dr Kaur’s provision of peer reviewed literature which clearly shows otherwise. Canadian legacy media wrote hit pieces about her and she launched defamation cases against those responsible. In a distortion of a Canadian law around protecting individuals against powerful entities, this resulted in massive court fines against Dr Kaur, which were eventually reduced from $1.2 million, to $300,000. This in itself would bankrupt her.
Dr Kaur was recently interviewed (below) about her experience, by Professor Jay Bhattacharya, Stanford University infectious disease epidemiologist and co-author of the Great Barrington Declaration, on his Illusion of Consensus podcast. With Professor Bhattacharya’s support, she launched a GiveSendGo fundraiser requesting public assistance to cover the cost of the court fine.
So far the public have given $190,000, with only days before the due date for payment, after which she would need to file for bankruptcy. This weekend she received amazing news about the remainder of the fine and ongoing support for her appeal against the CPSO.

Nevertheless, her very public smearing and near-bankruptcy sends a strong message to all health professionals on the dangers of daring to speak out. The only way this advancing totalitarianism can be stopped is if all health professionals stand up and speak. Every nation has “dissident” groups looking at the evidence and fighting against the powerful corporate sponsored government narrative scaffolds, which will ultimately cause all of us great harm. If you know that public health has been hijacked, please join them.
